Defect in concrete

1). crack

2). efflorescence 

→ white mass patches on concrete surface 

➔ because of Sulphur attach & alkalis in water or acid curing.

3). Segregation → separation of coarse aggregate from fine aggregate because of 

excess compaction, extra time of mixing & wrong placing.

4). Bleeding → percolation of water from different layers of fresh concrete.
