Full form of PPC is portland pozzolana cement 

PPC has the following properties

1. Low Heat of Hydration

2. Useful in Marine condition

3. Use for Hydraulic structure other than mass concrete construction.

4. Longer curing period required when compared to OPC

5. It is Cheaper when  compared to OPC

6. it reduces the permability of concrete

7. More Volume Covered by 50 kg bag than OPC
