Estimate:

 Process of calculation of total money required in any projest before the execution of work is known as estimate

Estimate may be clssified as

(i) Preliminary estimate, (Approximate Estimate or Abstract Estimate)

(ii) Plinth Area Estimate

(iii) Cube Rate Estimate

(iv) Approximate Quantity method estimate

(v) Detailed Estimate

(vi) Supplymentry Estimate

(vii) Annual repair and maintance Estimate (A.R.& A.M Estimate)

(viii)Revised Estimate

(ix) Supplymentery & Revised Estimate.
